Artemis is recruiting a Payroll Application Support Specialist (CONTRACT) with at least 3 years of working experience
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing, maintaining and sustaining operation support of HR for the relevant HRIS modules (HCM, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Time tracking, Overtime, Training, Performance Management, etc.)
• Identify, analyze and document business requirements across business functions with external developer (Inhouse system and Workday).
• Communicate with business partners, relevant departments or any others as assigned by superior using data and process models to clarify and validate requirements
• Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow, etc.
• Educate users on training regarding daily issues via ServiceDesk system
• Perform quality checks as Application tester and involve user to conduct acceptance test
• Support integration of inhouse payroll software (MRMS) with other system e.g. SAP (FI), Workday, Time attendance

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR Payroll Management, HRIS and HR Shared Services 2. Proactive, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills. 3. Possess a “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results. 4. Good command of both spoken & written English. 5. Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint. 6. Experience with Web developer, Workday, Oracle database, SQL command 7. At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field. 8. Thai National
