- Responsible for the overall workflow of procurement and supplier delivery
- Establish procurement and supplier management policies including vender identification, delivery followup/schedule.
- To be a main contact person for food suppliers and distributors of the Central Kitchen.
- To develop and make recommendations to lead which would help optimize the department.
- To work with other Central Kitchen departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Setup stock rotation and PAR levels to ensure that all approved ingredients and materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and create actions plans which close the operational gaps.

1. A minimum of 3 years experience in overall procurement 2. Exposure to the different requirements of purchases, shipping of materials. 3. Good English proficiency. 4. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. 5. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel. 6. This role is based out of our Central Kitchen in the Chonburi province.
