- Perform day-to-day operations in administration, documents management, supply disbursement to support administration operations following the directions
- Provide support to office properties, car-parking coupon disbursement and distribution, and document delivery, to facilitate employees and visitors
- Responsible for buying office supplies with representative company, including managing receipts and related documents, to support administration operations
- Coordinate with accounting department and related functions to make report of office properties/ disbursement/ accounting documents accurately -and accountably
Make reports of cash disbursement, and overall administration to propose to the supervisor
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

1. Bachelor’s degree with 1-3years’ experience in related field 2. Have knowledge in office management or administration 3. Have excellent time management skill 4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize work
