ลักษณะงาน
-Provides Level 2 Field Support, for IT Incidents, Escalations, and Service Request fulfillment
-Ensures IT service Management processes and IT controls are followed on PepsiCo processes and policies
-Custodian of end to end IT field operations, Controls, and IT service request processes
-Responsible for all IT Inventory (Computer, Infrastructure and Mobile Devices)
-Execute End User Computing (EUC) deployment, implementation, and coordinate on assigned project
-Responsible for day to day field support operations in Plant and related locations (Remote office, Distribution Center)
-Ensure customer satisfaction level through IT Services
-Responsible for IT Service and Technology on-boarding, and user training for employee’s connected tools (Microsoft 365 tools, Zoom, MS Team)
- Coordinate with the production engineering team to maintain shop-floor production control system (IT/OT EUC and Infrastructure support)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science 2. 3-5 years’ experience in IT Technical Support / IT Infrastructure background. Experience in manufacturing plant would be benefit 3. Familiar IT Service Management process for IT incident management, Change Management, and escalation support 4. Good communication skill 5. Communication level in English
