*Working location at ABC World, Ramkhamhaeng 30*
• Developing call centers' education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos
• Set up and maintain training facilities and related training materials
• Train all aspects of the program to new hires and refresher training to tenured employees
• Provide one-on-one coaching in training to ensure exceptional clients expect
• Conducting regular performance evaluations of all agents to identify areas for improvement

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related fields 2. At least 1-3 years’ experience in training and development 3. Strong coaching and people-development skills 4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 5. Good command in English, both written and spoken 6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
