Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate with e-commerce manager to prepare and set up commercial mechanics in online platforms e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Central Online and Brand.com
• Co-ordinate with e-commerce platform, enablers and digital marketing agency to facilitate all e-commerce campaigns
• Coordinate with relevant functions including marketing, product and supply chain to ensure product delivery and category performance quickly and efficiently
• Gather feedbacks from customers to improve and enhance productivity of sales channel including websites and other digital media, and satisfy customers effectively
• Manage stock allocation by platform including internal process alignment with warehouse team
• Work internally with demand planning and trade marketing to support all online channels
• Efficient stock management with key stakeholders

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. 2. Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce 3. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, multitasking skill, self-driven and problem-solving skill 4. Commercial mindset with creativity 5. Able to solve the problem effectively
