• Responsible for identifying, sourcing and assessing talented professionals especially in Management level
• Manage multiple search assignments whilst maintaining a quality of work to satisfy the demand of Business Group needs
• Develop search strategies for recruit store and HO.
• Proactively develop a strong pipeline of management talent on national and global scale
• Build and maintain quality networks with internal and external channel.
• Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Team to build process and best practice for store smart recruiting.
• Support Talent Acquisition Team projects, initiatives, and non-executive recruitment in key areas as assigned such as Mapping benefits, mapping company or etc.

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field 2. At least 3-year experience in recruitment field. 3. Background in Mass recruitment will be advantage 4. A positive mindset, confidence, self-motivation and result driven 5. Proactive, dynamic, multi-tasking, adaptive and strong problem-solving skill 6. Excellent communication skills and collaborative 7. Good command of spoken and written English
