ลักษณะงาน
• Co-ordinate with customers / carriers / suppliers and related departments for export process and handle shipments as per sales/ customers and overseas agents’ instruction
• Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
• Contact carrier for contract rate, space & Equipment and booking
• Prepare Draft B/L , Draft document for checking and issue the original one by input into the System
• Submit shipping instruction to carrier through system or carrier website for issuing Master B/L.
• Follow up, checking the expense from carrier in order to prepare invoice to each customer into system within time frame
• Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers / sales and WNS overseas / agents’ instruction from A-Z as well as fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet customers / agents’ requirements
• solving problems and follow up the request and / or problems that customer’s experience
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Minimum 1 years’ work experience in Freight Forwarding industry 2. Previous experience of working with customers with commitment to excellent customer service 3. Good command of English and PC computer skills 4. Good negotiation skills and able to work under pressure 5. Service minded, enthusiastic and good attitude for all business opportunities 6. Excellent telephone and communication skills 7. Open mind to learn and work with team 8. Initiative, dynamic and ambitious.
