Responsibilities
-Control and manage overall restaurant operations, including food production and delivery, order taking, equipment preparation, and operating cost, to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations, and satisfy customer needs
-Respond to customer complaints fast and accurately to satisfy customers efficiently
-Manage restaurant’s good image to ensure overall profitability of the restaurant
-Supervise and organize shifts for staffs in restaurant
-Monitor preparation of the kitchen wares, utensils, and other equipment to maintain in good quality and ready for use
-Coordinate with related team and functions, including front and back of the house operations, to provide advice or problem solving about restaurant operations
-Control making summary reports of overall restaurant operations and expenses to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of staffs
