1. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field. 2. - Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a garment factory. 3. - Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control. 4. - Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment. 5. -The ability to multitask. - Excellent analytical and problem, solving skills and Strong management.
