ลักษณะงาน • Implement creative welfare and benefits initiatives to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
• Provide resources and educational materials to support employees in improving their overall well-being.
• Co-workinf with external vendors/other parties to execute projects/deliverables related to motivation & engagement activities.
• Generate reports to share insights with management and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Advocate for flexible work arrangements where appropriate.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor’s degree in related field
2. Understanding of mental health and wellness best practices in the workplace
3. Creative and innovative mindset to design engaging programs.
4. Excellent organizational skills
