We are seeking a highly qualified Paralegal to handle & manage all in-house legal and compliance matters for Buymed's businesses in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze and interpret local laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the e-commerce and pharmaceutical industries.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Monitor changes in legislation and proactively advise the organization on compliance requirements.
4. Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, and ensure that contracts align with legal requirements and protect the organization's interests.
5. Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights related to the organization.
6. Communicate and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals, certificates, and licenses for the businesses in Thailand; address inquiries and ensure ongoing compliance.
7. Manage the resolution of legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanism(s).
8. Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures; ensure that policies are aligned with the organization's objectives and legal requirements.
10. Provide training sessions to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance aspects; raise awareness within the organization regarding legal risks and best practices; collaborate with cross-functional teams, address legal challenges, and facilitate business objectives.
11. Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation and contracts; ensure that records are up-to-date and readily accessible for audit purposes.
12. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging legal issues, and best practices in e-commerce and pharmaceutical law.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (or above). 2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, with a combination of at least 2 years of experience in the law firm & 1 year of experience in e-commerce and or pharmaceutical. 3. Strong understanding of the laws of Thailand, especially the e-commerce & pharmaceutical sectors-relevant laws, regulations, and best market practices. 4. Excellent communication in both Thai and English. 5. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
