• Control and Manage Supervisors and TSR in team to ensure that
team performance meets the sales target and KPIs.
• Manage persistency rate, control the cancellation rate and do data
analysis to improve TSR productivity, prioritizes product sequencing
and cost management.
• Work closely with Senior Management team to update sales
performance and business issues.
• To ensure the infrastructure, technologies, securities and processes
deployed at all TSR are fully complied with company’s standard and
local laws & regulations.
• Organize rewards and recognition program to motivate TSR team.
