- Ensure that all documents related to fully performed services are prepared, collated, and submitted to the relevant department on time.
- Problem solving and helping team members.
- Check daily reports/daily work summary.
- Check the work of employees to see if they have violated SOP in each topic
- Other tasks assigned.

Requirement - Any genders - Have a experience in customer service role, Coordinator , extended warranty role more than 5 year - Provide periodic reports to management on overall cases. - Experience managing a team with more than 20 members. 2.
