- Provide assistant and receive customer complaints according to their problems using Chat (Line, Facebook, Live Chat, etc.)

The jobholder has to follow the daily production plan.
Therefor the jobholder has to ensure a production of PMS, Washcoat and Catalysts following production plan base on instruction.
Production:
• - Senior High School, Vocational Certificate or High Vocational Certificate - New graduated or have experience in Production process and able to work in shift - เงินเดือน : -
1. Handles the content safety of short-video products to ensure legal compliance
2. Coordinate with supervisors to deal with contents violating community guidelines and update operations standards
3 - Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field - Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (is an advantage) - เงินเดือน : 18,000
1.Respond to Incoming calls /e-mail within service level
2.Case handling according to assistance process
3.Coordination and prioritizing of daily tasks
4.Take responsibility for team performance
5 - Any gender, age not over 35 years - Bachelor degree in any field (Fresh gradutes are welcome) - เงินเดือน : 18000 - 27000
