ลักษณะงาน Job Description
• Inventory control, Issuing P/O, Invoice and concern document
คำนวณสต็อคสินค้า ออกเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ ใบแจ้งหนี้ invoice/packing list และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• Control time schedule of Raw material from oversea and local supplier to deliver to factory
นำเข้าวัตถุดิบจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายต่างประเทศและในประเทศไปโรงงานให้ตรงตามตารางเวลาที่กำหนด

• Coordinate with factory, supplier about Delivering, receiving, order and schedule raw material
ติดต่อโรงงานผลิต และผู้ผลิตในเรื่องการจัดส่ง การรับสินค้า จำนวนสินค้า และตารางต่างๆ

• Coordinate with Freight forwarder and Agent (Oversea and Local)
ติดต่อ บริษัทตัวแทนขนส่ง และFreight forwarder เรื่องตารางการนำเข้าและส่งออก

• Calculation for landed cost of raw material, and shipping cost
คำนวณราคาต้นทุน และค่าขนส่งของวัตถุดิบ

• Make monthly report

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Requirement - Bachelor's degree in BA, Logistic or any field - Aged not over 25-32 years old. - Female - English communication skill - Japanese communication skill N3 as minimum - Computer Literacy (MS Office such as Vlookup, Pivot table) - Experiences in Import/Export, procurement, purchasing or logistic career at least 2 years - Have knowledge about trading, import export - High responsibility
