ลักษณะงาน
The company is a global leader in the delivery of end-to-end product lifecycle solutions to customers in many industries such as Communication, Aerospace, Consumer, Semiconductor, etc. Thailand is one of their 25 manufacturing and design facilities worldwide employing over 5,000 people.
To cope with the high demand from the customers, the company seeks to employ a number of Material Managers. Key responsibility for this position is to lead a team of 10-20 Buyers/Purchasing Engineers to negotiate and ensure on time deliverable of direct materials to support assigned Production Line.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, lead, direct Buyers to achieve individual and departmental target
Ensure that Purchase Orders are approved by authorized persons and issue in timely manner
Work closely with the suppliers to monitor their performance to meet the company’s supply chain management’s objectives
Manage inventory control of raw materials under responsibility
As Head of Purchasing team, lead and provide support to team in the application of the company’s new ERP system
Oversee the holistic view of the supply chain and the changes of sales order to ensure prevention of shortage of critical component which might affect the production plan
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering – Electrical, Electronic preferred. Master degree in business discipline will be definitely advantage 2. Over 12 years working experience in purchasing/planning/engineering with 5 years direct experience in semiconducting material purchasing 3. Knowledge in inventory management, import-export, customs, and logistics 4. Experience working with any ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) 5. Experience in E-procurement a plus 6. Strong negotiation and communication skills 7. Good leadership and people management 8. Good command of written and spoken English.
