Performs selling and merchandising in existing accounts and open new outlets to deliver daily, weekly, monthly objectives
Selling & Merchandising
Visit sub wholesale and retail to increase sales and search for new accounts
Use 8 steps of call to sell and execute all authorized products, packages and promotions
Achieving sales volume in accordance with target
Provide sub wholesale and retail service or assistance
Solicit/sell market equipment i.e. coolers, rack etc.
Rotate product (FIFO) and refill all coolers, shelf and displays to DMHT standard
Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed
Ensure complete route coverage
Excellent execution in store and Focus month objective (FMO) execution in all outlets
Prepare Sales Report and Monitor competitor’s movement
Opening new outlets
Seeking the opportunity to open the new outlets

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field 2. Minimum of 2 years’ working experience especially in field sales (experience in either beverage/ food/ FMCG is an advantage) 3. Having English proficiency and Ms Office 4. Having performance driving mindset, result-driven, commitment 5. Having problem solving and customer service mind 6. Able to travel often and work flexible time 7. Have personal car and valid driving license
