ลักษณะงาน
1. Administering bare metal server and virtual machine running Windows and Linux operating systems.
2. Administering web server, email server, database server and DNS server.
3. Monitoring server system, backup and security operations
4. Administering the operation of Plesk web hosting control panel
5. Administering VMware virtual machines and perform routine managerial tasks.
6. Providing technical support to the customers via the use of online chat, email, phone and ticketing system. Making sure the customers problems are solved satisfactorily.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related fields. 2. Excellent communication skills with good command in English. 3. 2+ years of experience in Windows and Linux Server administration 4. Willing and able to cover night shift if needed. 5. Experience with Plesk Control Panel and other control panel products. 6. Knowledge of Cloud and virtualization technologies. 7. Detailed-oriented person with can-do attitude, always willing to learn new things
