• Responsible overall maintenance system and activities for all production machines to ensure that production lines are operated at optimum efficiency, productivity and quality with effective repair and maintenance cost.
• Controlling Planned Maintenance program to ensure that machine, equipment and system are in well conditions and maximum efficiency. Scheduling, resource planning and control maintenance activity for responded machine.
• Handling corrective, breakdown and improvement work orders under responsible areas.
• Planning and propose for long term machine efficiency and improvement. Analysis breakdown case and prevention plan.
• Preparing changed part for planned maintenance and work order. Budgeting and control the repair and maintenance expenditure and spare part stock at target level.
• Maintaining machine manual, drawing and software including update machine and equipment list.
• Managing Purchasing Requisition for needed spare part in Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and work order.
• Ensuring that all the systems and equipment under responsibility are operated and inspected within relevant regulations and control limits. Budgeting and handle projects or assignments under saving program and improvement activities.
• Following company regulations and all implemented standard system. Support team to achieve department target.
• Expediting and control subordinate and outsource to complete company standard (GMP, 5S, ISO Standard)
• Contributing knowledge and skill training to team and subordinate Follow and comply safety regulation.

1. Male, Age 30 years up. 2. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field. 3. At least 5-7 years in corrective and preventive maintenance of machine in manufacturing environment, if in food industry will be advantage. 4. Good skilled of PLC, PM system, Spare part control system, FMEA, PM Analyst, and Project Management. 5. Good command of English.
