ลักษณะงาน
• Derive and implement strategic sales & acquisition plans that expand company’s customer base and revenue performance;
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
• Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and support with sales team recruitment;
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customer;
• Create and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic sales forecasts to the BOD;
• Do frequent research to identify market shifts & competition status;
• Other tasks assigned by the BOD.

1. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close; 2. Financial knowledge & market research skill are preferred; 3. Strong business sense and extensive understanding of automotive industry is a plus; 4. Strong consultative, communication and persuasion skills; 5. Be agile, hardworking and have a high responsibility for work; 6. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Working hours : 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m from Monday to Friday
