Cooperate with customer to handle issues in warranty period.
· Monitor and control failure notification of railway electronics sub-system receive from Fault Reporting Center.
· Coordinate with Technical Teams and Customers to resolve issues.
· Responsible for document submission to close warranty item
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or related filed. 2. Minimum of 3-year experiences 3. Experiences in railway Communication System, Automatic Fare Collection System, Platform Screen Door System would be an advantage. 4. Proficiency in English and MS Office.
