•To serve customers by providing product & service information with accurately, efficiently, and professionally by following contact center processes
•Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
•Communicate with customers through various channels including inbound and outbound calls.
•Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
•Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
•Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
•Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
