ลักษณะงาน
1. Coordinate Vehicle Safety Program at site level and coordinate activities with Vehicle Safety Committee.
2. Create/distribute/maintain all related ESH Laws and Regulation Registration for site level.
Support ad-hoc tasks time by time as per requested.
Support site team to manage HSE matters as following tasks;
3. Coordinate/advice/support site managements/supervisors/employees for yearly plant’s safety health and environment programs, 5s program(s) to ensure/control/reinforcement the execution and compliance with company standards and local laws and regulations.
4. Organize, coordinate and promote safety health and environment, 5S related to mandatory training and programs as well as internal auditing/monitoring programs.
5. Provide periodic report on safety, 5S issues to all concern departments and to external parties such as Welfare Labour Department, Department of Industrial Work, Department of Agriculture, or any Local Government Offices
Participate/coordinate/suggestion in incident, injury, illness and environment investigation process to determine causes, propose corrective and preventive action(s) and support managers/supervisors to preparing reports
6.Create tools/kits/procedures/instructions on safety at plant to be in line with standardized ESH Thailand standard and government laws and regulations as needed
7. Ensure safety equipment are properly inspected, used and reviewed systematically in plant
8. Ensure contractors control program is properly implement and ‘Stop Work Authority’ is existed
Organize and coordinate with OM personnel for IH strategy planning/monitoring and give advisories to related department for improvement workplace area to meet the standards and risks controlled.

1. BS Degree or higher in HSE, Engineering, Science, or related fields. 2. 0-5 years of relevant experience required, preferably with production and/or agriculture related background. 3. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the Thailand HSE regulatory landscape. 4. Ability to deliver results through collaboration with key business and functional partners. 5. Effective verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Thai. 6. Ability and willingness to work and contribute in a team. 7. Expected to travel between all related locations occasionally
