1. N1 holder, excellent Japanese communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing) 2. English (Intermediate level - B1) 3. 1 year experience in Customer Service roles or any relevant roles is an advantage 4. University/Colleges required 5. Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred 6. Must be available to work 24/7. Working 5 days, 2 days off per week (depend on the Ops schedule)
