•Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.
•Generate and distribute sales proposals and presentations to all customers according to process and procedures established by the sales suppot team
•Prepare and present information to ensure that sales incentives, rewards and recognition programs are managed professionally
•Where necessary, raise relevant paperwork for the main customer database ensuring customer information is available throughout the organisation
•Complete activity reports to measure individual/department effectiveness.
