Job Description
Product group: Dental products (BURS & FILES)
1. Working with distributors as DDI, DEVA and PromptDent for promote Burs and Files
2. Performing activities to introduce products, clinical features, and applications to customers, consult solutions for customers; Product demo for customers to have the opportunity to use and experience product directly, checking marketing program or promotion.
3. Planning sales estimate, monthly sales target, inventory management, distributor's sales management.
4. Visit the customers as dental clinics, hospitals, and universities to promote the products.
5. Manage the list of tenders and bidding activities, documents, and data.
6. Support other departments organizing events, exhibitions and seminars.
Responsibility:
1. Distribution channel
・ Planning sales estimate, monthly sales target, inventory management, distributor's sales management.
・ Control store sales such as sales, inventory, and competitors activities.
・ Performing activities to introduce products, clinical features and applications to customers, consult solutions for customers; Product demo for customers to have the opportunity to use and experience product directly, checking marketing program or promotion
・ Manage the list of tenders and bidding activities, documents and data
・ Achieve monthly assigned KPI.
2. Market
・ Research market to determine sales potential for each product.
・ Introduce products, provide technical support to customers, and resolve customer complaints.
・ Support other departments organize events, exhibitions and seminars.
・ Support other department to maintain relationship with universities, find out and care KOLs
・ Make and update data bases such as products, customers, sales, inventory.
3. Product training
・ Responsible for training and improving knowledge and product knowledge for them
・ Actively updating knowledge, information, documents about products of the company as well as products of competitors.

1. Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in science, Medical or Dental field 2. Experience in Medical or Dental field at least 1 year 3. Excellent communication by English 4. Skill: Computer library, Presentation skills, Prospecting skills, Leadership ability 5. High motivation for sale 2. Location: WFH
