Job Description
- Coordinate with other sections in setting realistic construction strategy and fabrication duration with concern to manpower and schedule planning.
- Prepare fabrication and Installation procedures or work instructions on the basis of Quality requirements, Schedule control, Minimizing cost, and Safe work conditions.
- Prepare project schedule planning and coordinate with other Field Engineers in Production sections to reflect any schedule change and progress measurement information to the level V
- Plan and execute technical development/improvement concerning to Fabrication and installation procedure or work instruction.
- Conduct Safety Monitoring & Control activities including sub-contractor under process piping section responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate Sub-Contractor work efficiency and capability to achieve project Plan.
- Perform Sub-Contractor Assessments Audit
- Coordinate and review the Project planning activities including coordination and review meetings regarding manpower plan, budget, and schedule plan for the project execution.
- Ensure adequate engineering procedures concerning to Piping, Vessel fabrication, and testing are established for field work.
- Monitor and ensure that the works are comply with Quality Management system.

1. Requirement - Male only. - Bachelor’s Degree of Civil, Mechanical Engineer or relevant. - Holding Professional/Engineering License of Engineering Council will be an advantage. - At least 5 year overall experience in EPC main contractor for onshore oil & Gas industry. - Good command in English communication and can work the construction in upcountry. 2.
