Chaleun Sekong Engnergy Co., Ltd Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited (CSE), established on 16 March 2016 with a registered capital of LAK 330 trillion, owns, develops, constructs and produces electrical energy in Lao PDR in accordance with the Lao PDR government policies of socio-economic development and poverty reduction. In order to achieve this goal, the Company has focused on building power plants to world-class standards whilst respecting social responsibilities and providing environmental protection.
Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited is investing in developing and generating hydropower electricity in 11 hydropower dams, in that, 6 dams have already been generating electricity, 4 dams under construction and the other 1 dam is in development phase
