• Design and implement overall recruiting plan and strategy.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs and online platforms or any other social media
• Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/method to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide Analytical, well documented recruiting reports and regular updates and feedback to managers
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection process.
• Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”

1. Male / Female, Age 22-30 years old 2. Bachelor’s degree in human resource or in related field 3. At least one-year proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter) 4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently 6. Strong decision-making skills 7. Good command of English 8. Computer literacy, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint 9. Can work under pressure
