2. Underwrite renewal policy according to home office guideline
3. Approve and change policy master for client re-question
4. Follow up and monitor bill insurance due premium of assigned cases to ensure timely collection and overdue
5. Follow up team member to prepare Experience Refund Work sheet as reporting period until cheque issue to client in time
6. Supervise motivate develop and provide advice to subordinates to ensure their efficiency
7. Handly customer's complaints in complicate issue
8. Any other job as assigned
