Sales Manager
Own sales targets for Smart Retail in scope. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, channel, marketing, technical, operations, and sales support programs to maximize sales, profitability, and Route-To-Market.
• Be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive customer acquisition campaign in APAC markets.
• Articulate practical solutions for Smart Retail and demonstrate an ability to address customer pain points at a high level. Maintain and build trusted executive-level client relationships.
• Understand industry trends, priorities, challenges, and market opportunities. Identify how Smart Retail products/solutions may bring value to clients in the relevant sectors.
• Be responsible for leading, motivating, and coordinating with the regional sales and worldwide teams, e.g., product mgmt., R&D, delivery, marketing, etc. in pursuing Smart Retail solution business.
• Be responsible for inspiring and facilitating Smart Retail business partners to thrive through outcome-oriented interactions & collaboration.
• Review and guide Smart Retail business management and review systems to sustain and improve satisfaction scores on Customers and channels.
Working hours Mon-Fri 8.30-17.30 hrs.
