- Be the expert of SmartThings in term of execution at the store level and for real usage
- Provide the consultancy of SmartThings to customer and PCs and peers
- Present SmartThings and Samsung products to the customer in the connected ways and sell the product and solution to the customer.
- Up-sell and cross-sell Samsung products with SmartThings as sales up-lift
- Train SmartThings and Samsung products to PC and other parties
- Lead and influence PCs in presenting SmartThings along with selling CE products as value added
- Draft the script in presenting SmartThings by scenario
- Find out and collect the insights from PCs and customer from SmartThings for improvement
- Connect and set up SmartThings devices with appliances based on the available products
- Attend the event or special projects and present SmartThings to the B2B customer.
- Be able to solve the technical issues and unforeseen issues related to SmartThings.
