ลักษณะงาน
- Provide liaison and assistance to international clients, for medical arrangements with hospitals and other providers.
- Provide nursing triage to patients condition, with accordance and advisement of medical physician.
- Experience and capable in assessing urgency in clients condition to determine medical priority
- Handling medical information to determine the coverage approval (OPD , IPD case)
- Supporting assistance coordinator and oversea claim team if any medical inquiries is required

1. Bachelors of Nursing 2. 2-5 years experience as an ER/IPD/UR nurse or Claim Assessor 3. Familiarity with health care insurances and regulations desirable 4. Strong interpersonal skills and tactfulness to be able to effectively communicate with team members and client contact 5. Excellence command of English both written and spoken
