Job Description
• Promote GL's integrated services to all customers with both phone call and outside sales visit while building relationships with target customers to inspire confidence in the GL service.
• Visit new target customer(Hunting) and offering for all integrated or selective services in order to match with customer requirement including offering guidance and resolving issues for customers.
• Frequently visit potential customers. Provide and sell products to customers to achieve the agreed budget and targets.
• Communicate with sales support and pricing team to determine the cost and determine the proper gross profit before sending the customer a quotation.
• Work with various departments within the organization to provide solutions for customers
• Follow up on shipment status to ensure on time delivery of goods to customers.
• Meet or exceed the sales target set for each fiscal year
• Prepare a report on Tele sales, sales activity, and statistics, including visit reports.
• Regularly update customer profiles & requirements and distributing to concerns party in timely manner.
• Create customer’s SOP, database of customers and their requirements in both general and specialty service, and notify all relevant departments to get at a greater understanding.
• Maintain GL’s existing customer base together with penetration in term of other integrated services
• Regularly update the market situation and competitors activities to Sales Manager & Management
• Being consultants to customer and problem solver.
• Establish and strengthen good relationship to current and assigned customer.
• Conduct sales to achieve or exceed the company's goals.

1. Requirement • 23 - 35 Year • Bachelor in Business, Economic, International business, Logistics or related fields. • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in freight forwarding, Customs Broker, Logistics or related industry • Strongly services minds and logical thinking • Positive attitude, target-oriented and willing to work hard. • Good command in written and spoken English • Able touse basic computer Ms Office • Able to travel at other provinces and aboard (If any) • Must have Own car and driver's licenses • Able to work effectively as a team. • Has growth and outward mindset • Positive attitude. and have good human relations 2.
