Job Description
Sales Support
• Preparation of Demo part includes clamping solution and tooling.
• Perform demonstration and explain machine function & Features.
• Support in technical discussion to sales team & customer.
• Perform time study and engineering solution (Turn Key).
• Perform fixture/ clamping solution for turnkey and demo.
• Perform project acceptance and run in for machinery sold.
• Recommendation of right machine base on customer drawing and information.
Exhibition/ Seminar and events
• Preparation setup of demo parts.
• Demonstration and explain machine function & features.
• Support region market (SEA) in exhibition demonstration.
Facility Management
• Overseeing the upkeep of working area, material storage, tooling room.
• Maintain showroom and showroom machine
Training
• Preparation of training materials.
• Conduct in house and on-site training.
Others
• Perform showroom reporting.
• Conduct negotiation for best solution/ pricing on items require for Test Cut/ Turnkey.
• Visit customer with Sales Engineer – recommending correct machine for right solution.
• Perform machine specification for the machine offer.

1. Requirement [Must] • Male/ Female, Age 25 - 35 years old • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related work experience. • Sound technical knowhow in jig and Fixture. • Some experience of CNC programming on lathes and/or mills. • Ability to travel overseas (training provided about once a year) [Advantage] • CAD solid modeling exposure • Able to perform training with practical machining processes. 2.
