Job Description
- Acknowledge Claims on property and casualty
- To identify, develop and implement and have new knowledge & solution to deal with new area of Insurance Brokerag products to after risk service existing & prevent and new clients whether it is new product or revisited one
- To identify, deal and negotiate with appropriate Business Partner(s) for the best Insurance Package/Program
- To arrange end-to-end Insurance Claim setting processes, follow-up, and provide claim-related suggestions as well as
procedures and status to clients
- Coordinate closely with sales and customers. as well as nearby agencies to manage risks Damage claims and others to meet the standards of the claim department's services.
- Negotiate settlements with insures and adjusters
- Build and maintain good client relations
- Co-operate with other internal departments to support overall operations
- Other duties as assigned

1. Requirement Any gender, age not over 37 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field Preferred 2-3 years experience in Insurance Broker, Insurer or related industry Preferred knowledge and skill in Insurance Products such as Property, Casualty, IAR, Liability, Motor etc. Preferred experience in managerial task and directly duties on P&C is advantage Good in spoken and written English Excellent system and PC skills and company based programmed as computer proficiency Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strategic mindset and positive attitude Job Highlight: Have background in Corporate non-life Insurance Products from Insurance Broker Good experience in AE, Client Services, Business Development in insurance product Good communication skill in Business English 2.
