Job Description
• Financial Recordkeeping: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial statements.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of balances between the company's records and financial institutions.
• Month-end and Year-end Closing: Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Auditing and Compliance: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits to provide necessary financial information and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Taxation: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
• Accounts Analysis: Perform regular analysis of accounts and financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Financial Software and Systems: Utilize accounting software and other financial tools effectively to manage financial records and streamline financial processes. (prefer if the employee able to use Flow account)

1. Requirement - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. - English speaking/writing/listening - Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles, with a focus on Thai regulations. - Knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and HR records. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment. 2.
