Job Description
- Initiate marketing strategies/tactics and promotions to drive E-commerce sales for each channel such as identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
for growth and expansion.
- Create, Develop and execute e-commerce strategy to achieve company’s sales target with various sales campaigns and monitor the effectiveness throughout the campaign.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast aligning with budget/trend and manage demand forecast with marketing and supply chain team.
- Conduct regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel.
- Track, monitor, and analyze products, channels, and sales trends to maximize business performance.
- Handle weekly and monthly performance reports of sale and operation, sell-out analysis and conclusions and recommendations.
- Resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms (operations, fulfillment services, etc.).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities to ensure that all concepts, campaigns, and strategies are aligned.
