Job Description
Overview: The CRM Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for loyalty customers, managing CRM program, and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The specialist will also analyze campaign performance, stay updated on market trends, and support additional business-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Marketing and Campaigns:
❖Implement marketing strategy for KLR/loyalty customers, including communications and campaigns through various media channels.
❖Implement KLR Segmentation plan, campaigns, and journey and execute tactical programs to attract/recruit new KLR database.
2.Analyze Customer Data:
❖Utilize customer data to develop targeted and competitive marketing campaigns.
❖Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
❖Identify and monitor key customer metrics and behaviors.
❖Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
3.Manage Internal Loyalty Program:
❖Oversee the development and execution of the loyalty program.
❖Ensure the program meets customer satisfaction and engagement goals.
4.Act as Liaison Between Developers and Users:
❖Communicate customer needs and feedback to the development team.
❖Ensure that CRM system enhancements align with user requirements and business objectives.

1. Requirement 1.Thai nationality with competitive marketing strategy and data-driven skills. 2.Minimum of 2 years of continuous, Proven ability to lead independently. 3.Apply logical thinking to solve complex problems, and drive strategic initiatives. 4.Clear and concise communication skills, with proficiency in English needed both orally and in writing. 5.Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 6.Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Dashboard Presentation), experience in UX/UI and F&B experience is a plus. 2.
