Job Description
- Planning, Controlling and implementation of all customer service activities.
- Handle the day-to-day Operations both Import & Export opcrations, including D/O Exchange functions.
- Book vessel space, Submit SI, VGM on carriers' system.
- Arrange, Checking HB/L-MB/L both import or export, INV+PL & related documents regarding shipments.
- Fulfilment of customers order in timely manner.
- Communicating with overseas Agents, or Sales and Procurment Section regarding shipments.
- Manage all communication with customer, Shipping liner, Transportation company and related parties.
- To follow up expense from supplier and issuing billing to customers.
- To perform other duties as assigned by superior.

1. Requirement Gender : Male Female Age : Not over 35 years old Education Background : Bachelor Degree or Higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field Experience : At least 2 - 4 years of experiences in Logistics field or Freight Forwarding field (Operation Section) Personality : Resonsibility, Quick action, Service minded and can work under pressure Language : Good command in English (middle level) 2. Location: 15th Floor, Sathorn City Tower, 175 South Sathorn Road, Tungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand
