Job Description
1. Responsible for solar projects and other projects.
2. Ensure that projects are managed in a proper way regarding budget, timeline, quality, and safety.
3. Interact with other departments related to projects (licensing, procurement, accounting, O&M, engineering)
4. Coordinate and follow up permitting and licensing process with client and licensing department
5. Review technical drawing, specifications, and calculation notes.
6. Manage the customer relationship during the works
7. Create, organize, and maintain documents related to projects to ensure good follow-up
8. Participate in regular internal meetings to discuss the status of projects, project resources, commercial and technical strategic approaches, and other needs
9. Apply ISO 9001:2015 standards to the project.
10. Monitor employees’ work levels and review work performance

1. Requirement - Age 32 years old up - Bachelor's degree Department of Electrical Engineering Major or related field - At least 5 years of experience as a project manager. Electrical engineer regarding solar cells - Have at least 3 years of management experience as an engineer, supervisor or assistant manager. (together with subordinates) - Has expertise in budget management and control - Good knowledge and skills in AutoCAD / PVsyst and SketchUp programs. - Have a strong leadership skill with self-driven leading to the mutual and collaborative goals - Good command in English Level - Able to visit customer's location by personal vehicle. - Have a professional engineer license 2.
