Job Description
Reported to Thai Sale Manager
Team: 5 people
1)Receiving orders from Overseas and Domestic Customers
・Input detail order to system
・Ordering product to our factory
・Manage, monitor and adjust shipment.
・Arrange and prepare shipment, including booking shipment.(Air, Sea and other)
・Prepare shipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc.
2)Coordinate with customer both Overseas and Domestic
・Manage backlog balance of each customer
・Manage and control forecast from customer.
・Follow and provide feedback on delivery schedule
・Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems
・Control payment received from customer and follow up overdue payment.
3)Coordinate with factory and other departments
・Follow up delivery plan
・Instruct shipment
・Information sharing
・Billing
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement Female only, age 22-30 Years Bachelor of Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) or related field More than 1 year in Export and import experiences are preferred English: Business level (Speaking, Writing) Ability to communicate effectively with all employees Able to solve the issue with appropriate solutions NOTE: New Graduate สามารถลองส่งได้หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ไม่มีค่าคอมให้ ไม่ต้องไปหาลูกค้า 2.
