Job Description
Office Related
o Monitoring office supplies and ordering and distributing new supplies as needed.
o Oversee office related contracts i.e., Car lease, Office lease, Office Insurance, staffs’ insurance, suppliers’ contracts, etc.
o Serve as primary liaison between company and Office Building
o Make travel arrangement both for expats and staffs i.e., visa, accommodation, air-tickets, rental car.
o Keep records and update company assets
o Issue company Memo & Management instructions
o Handle expats and staffs’ claims; travel allowance, transportation, etc.
o Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
o Prepare Admin. monthly report
HR Related
o Handling VISA & Work Permit for expats (BOI)
o Staff’s recruitment
o New staffs’ onboarding
o Record employee’s attendance and leave

1. Requirement o Female Thai Nationality o Age: 30-40 o Bachelor’s degree in any related field o Minimum 2 years experiences in Admin& HR task o Visa/Work Permit experiences o Experiences in Japanese Company o Experiences in handling VISA/WP o Good English & good verbal and written communication skills (Intermediate or upper level) 2.
