Job Description
1. Review tender documents, including instructions, scope of work, key contract dates, commercial price forms, and payment terms.
2. Distribute tender documents, prepare key bid features, and lead/participate in bid/no-bid meetings.
3. Establish and communicate bid organization structure, schedule, and document responsibility matrix to the bid management team.
4. Monitor bidding progress, expedite information inputs, and raise concerns to senior management as needed.
5. Participate in bid meetings, including weekly, risk assessment, and cost review meetings.
6. Conduct initial scope review and propose bid clarifications.
7. Facilitate problem resolution and bidding improvements.
8. Consolidate clarification requests, submit them to customers, and distribute responses to the bid management team.
9. Review and combine cost estimation inputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while advising on cost allocation and pricing risks.
10. Coordinate, review, and edit technical document inputs, preparing them according to customer requirements.
11. Compile all bid documents and prepare the bid proposal package for submission.
12. Review and evaluate cost estimates, comparing them with vendor quotations or relevant divisions.
13. Prepare cost estimates and collaborate with other divisions to gather necessary information for bidding projects.
14. Manage bid pricing for all bidding projects.
15. Compare and analyze cost estimates using historical data and market information.
16. Prepare the price approval sheet and request top management approval where applicable.
17. Conduct handover meetings for successful bids and review the handover checklist.

1. Requirement 1. Bachelor's degree Engineering or related fields 2. Minimum 3 years of experiences in related job function. 3. Able to work multi-task and meet strict deadlines 4. Capability to preparation cost estimate, cost comparison and cost analysis 5. Other shall refer to attached job description 6. Review Tender Documents, coordinate and review/edit input from variety of stakeholders, document template management in line with Customer form but also Lead preparation of proposals in liaison with Bid Leads, monitor progress of the bidding work activity, compile with proposal documents requirement and preparation of pricing Bid Leads also shall have experience in costing/estimation work as well such as price calculation, cost allocation cost analysis and estimate cost associated and collaborate with other Division for smooth bidding manner. 2.
