Job Description
The HSE Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs within the organization. Key duties include risk assessments, safety program development, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs, conduct audits, and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage sustainability efforts.
- Provide training on safety and environmental protocols to employees.
- Investigate incidents and maintain accurate records.
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Stay updated on regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
- Manage safety equipment and PPE distribution and enforcement.
- Analyze safety data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate safety committees to address concerns and solutions.
- Maintain documentation and submit regulatory reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental processes.

Requirement - Age not over 35 year old / Male or Female - Experience 3 year up - Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. - Knowledge and understanding of Thai HSE legislation. - Knowledge and understanding of HSE Management Systems. - Proficiency in using safety management software and Microsoft Office applications. 2.
