Job Description
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and customer profiles aligned with the company’s business objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing activities, including online and offline campaigns, event marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, and advertisement optimization.
3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
4. Influencer Marketing: Create and manage influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and overall marketing plans.
5. Event Marketing: Plan and execute event marketing initiatives in alignment with the overall branding and marketing strategy.
6. Social Media Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by utilizing data provided by internal teams to ensure KPIs and goals are met.
8. Team Leadership: Set performance targets for the marketing team, regularly review their progress, and provide guidance and development opportunities to build their capabilities.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on new initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional projects.
10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the marketing team's performance and skills to meet evolving business needs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement • Gender : male/female, age 28-35 years • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, particularly in the digital, event, and influencer marketing space. • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel or other analytical tools. • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills. • Demonstrated experience managing a marketing team, fostering talent, and driving results. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams. • Previous experience in the music, entertainment, or trading industries is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of branding, social media trends, and digital marketing platforms. • A passion for music and/or audio technology. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. 2.
