- Manage deposits
- Prepare insurance paperwork
- Work in other branches for help
*Only if there is a shortage of staff at other stores
- Explain treatment costs and insurance
- Responsible for customer support as receptionist
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from customers regarding treatment reservations and inquiries about treatments
- Other related duties as directed.
