• Perform the daily network monitoring for Group SCCC company to achieve SLA
• Provide network designs for enterprise wide and branch office infrastructure initiatives
• Install, maintain and support LAN/WAN infrastructure including Routers, Switches, WiFi controllers, Wan Optimizers, and VoIP solutions
• Monitor and optimize network performance for scalability, reliability and usability
• Effectively work as part of a team to meet team goals and objectives
• Participate in team projects in both a contributor and lead role in the area of responsibility
• Perform and maintain proper documentation
• Provide technical support to maintain and optimize day-to-day operational efficiency at multiple customer sites
• Network provider (3rd party) Management
• Provide consultative support to international customers
• Research and Develop best Solutions for Customers
• Monitoring, Controlling, Analyzing, and Reporting of all networking issues on-site
• Adhere to approved IT Guideline, Standards and Policies
• Supporting Cisco Advanced Technologies
• Perform both on-site and remote intervention and periodical preventive on-site visits.
• Problem diagnosis and fix network incidents.
• Technical consulting for the customer and on-call support for network issues.
• Ensure the compliance of all procedures to the project contract.
• Support IT Security Framework concerns and activities

1. Male or Female, 30-40 years of age 2. Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences or any related fields 3. At least 7 years’ experience in General IT support or any related fields 4. Experience with below products would be an advantage: LAN/WAN infrastructure, Routers, Switches, WiFi controllers, Wan Optimizer, VoIP solutions, IT Security Framework 5. Good command of English
