Provide service, advice, and problem-solving to online customers to satisfy customers and achieve organization objectives
Coordinate with relevant functions internal and external branch to support the operations of customer service
Responsible for each departmental operation, including payment service counters or gift card distribution to support the operations aligning with business plans
Keep up to date with information related to sales promotion activities of branch to provide information to customers accurately
Prepare and maintain equipment and facilitators around customer service counters to ensure effective operations
Submit income from departmental distribution to ensure accuracy

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Masters’ degree in any field 2. At least 1 years’ work experience within after sales, CS role. 3. Fluent understanding of marketplace tools and features 4. Customer services, services -mind 5. Able to solve the problem effectively
